All items are made to order will be dispatched from 5 - 10 days from date of full payment
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Stocked items can be returned within 7 days. All returns must be sent via recorded mail. The item is the customers responsibility until we have received the return. ( item must be unworn, not washed and returned with original packaging for full refund).
Exchange can only be made for the same item of a different size.
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatched confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of dispatch confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
How the contract is formed between you and us.
After placing an order , you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we received your order.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm acceptance to you by sending an email that confirms acceptance and date of item or (items )that will be dispatched ( the dispatched confirmation).
The contract between us will only be valid when we send you the dispatched confirmation.
The contract will relate only to those whose dispatch we have confirmed in the dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other goods which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such goods has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation email.
